Wir gewinnen den Strom für die Produktion aus der eigenen Solaranlage und richten unsere Produktion nach dem Sonnenzyklus aus.

• Wärme

Wir heizen mit Co2 neutralen Holzpellets, die aus Abfallholz hergestellt werden.

Recycling

• Fräsabfälle

Unsere Metallspänne werden bei uns zu 95% Reinheitsgrad recycelt und von einer regionalen Recyclingfirma wieder in den Rohstoffumlauf gebracht.

• Emulsion anstatt Öl-Kühlschmierstoff

Wir haben uns für Öl-Emulsion entschieden, um die Umwelt möglichst gering zu belasten.
Die verbrauchte Emulsion wird zu 100% gesammelt und mit Spezialfirmen aus der Schweiz entsorgt.

We heat with Co2 neutral wood pellets produced from waste wood.

Recycling

• Milling waste

We recycle our metal chips to 95% purity and have them returned to the raw material cycle by a regional recycling company.

• Emulsion instead of oil cooling lubricant

We have opted for oil emulsion in order to minimise the impact on the environment.
The used emulsion is 100% collected and disposed of with special companies from Switzerland.
